Terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you are deemed to have agreed to our terms and conditions.

All Alliedog products are of high quality and fully covered by New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Each product has been fully inspected and passed all our quality control checks before being shipped. 

All Alliedog garments are made to measure, and we will attempt to ship all orders within three to four working days of ordering. Delivery times will generally vary from four days to a week within New Zealand to several weeks to some countries. If you want a more accurate estimate of a delivery time to your country please contact us.

If the customer cancels an order before the product is shipped the customer will be responsible for any transaction fees incurred on both ordering and on cancelling.

Make sure to give us your complete correct delivery address as Alliedog is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses given, or any refused deliveries.

Alliedog is not responsible for any delivery delays or other problems on overseas shipments caused by customs officials in the destination country.

We are more than happy to refund or replace any Alliedog item if it is sent back to us by post or courier within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with all garment tags still attached. If a refund is requested, the original purchase price will be credited to the customer, excluding any delivery fees, customs duties or taxes in the destination country. Soiled or damaged items may not be accepted and may be returned to the purchaser.


If you wish to return or exchange your Alliedog product please use a track and trace delivery system as Alliedog is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Also please enclose a copy of the original packing slip.
